1. Who we are
This website is run by Betailer Software Solutions ("Betailer", "we", "us"), a software company based in Greater Accra, Ghana. We're responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.

2. What we collect
Information you give us.When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, your budget if you choose to share it, and your message. If you call, email, or WhatsApp us, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site secure and working properly.
We don't ask for sensitive information such as health records or financial account details through this website. Please don't send it in the contact form.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Reply to your message and answer your questions
- Prepare quotes and proposals you've asked for
- Plan, build, and support your project if you become a client
- Keep our website secure and fix problems
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing messages unless you've asked us to. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to reply and follow up, and generally no longer than two years if they don't turn into a project.
If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as we work together and for as long afterwards as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.
7. Keeping it safe
We protect your information with secure connections (HTTPS), password-protected accounts, and by limiting who on our team can see it. No system is completely risk-free, but if something ever goes wrong that affects your information, we'll tell you and take steps to fix it.
8. Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and similar laws elsewhere, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Object to how we use it, or ask us to stop
To do any of these, email info@betailer.com. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
9. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, let us know and we'll delete them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new service. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we'll make it clear on our website.
